Highlights​

💿 Microsoft 365 Optimization. New views to analyze the usage of Microsoft 365 licenses and manage their costs.

🌐 Web Application Monitoring. It's now possible to monitor the performance and availability of web applications from the end user's perspective.

🔗 New Integration Management. The configuration for Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 is centralized in a new Integrations section within Organization.

📊 More flexible tables in workspaces. New options for customization, filtering, grouping, and analysis to facilitate the management of large volumes of devices.

🔒 Greater Control Over Reports. New options to manage privacy, access permissions, and automatic reporting scheduling.

New Features

  • Microsoft 365. Two new views have been added for the management and optimization of Microsoft 365 licensing:

    • Microsoft 365 Summary, which provides a comprehensive view of the organization's license consumption and usage.

    • Microsoft 365 Summary, which allows consulting and managing costs associated with each license type.

    Additionally, the Analyzer section is now called Software to better represent functionalities related to the organization's software inventory and management.

  • Web Apps. It's now possible to monitor the behavior and performance of web applications from the end user's perspective. Web Apps allows detection of latency issues, access errors, and service degradations, as well as analysis of failure patterns and information segmentation by networks or reporting groups. The functionality requires FlexxAgent 25.7.1 or higher and a compatible extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Improvements

  • New Integration Management with Microsoft Entra ID. Integration with Microsoft Entra ID has been moved to the Organization section, centralizing the configuration of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services in one location.

    New Location: Settings -> Organization -> Integrations

    The new experience simplifies the administration of integrations and serves as the access point to enable features related to Microsoft 365, such as the Microsoft 365 Summary and Microsoft 365 Rates views available in the Software section.

  • Table Customization in Workspaces. The Workspaces view includes new customization and analysis tools that let users adapt tables to their needs. It's now possible to configure visible columns, apply filters and advanced filters, create data groupings, and use aggregated metrics to facilitate analysis and information location in environments with a large number of devices.

  • Access Configuration - Reports. Controls are included to manage the creation of private reports, read-only access to private reports from other users, and automatic report scheduling based on user role.

🔶 FlexxAgent Cross-Platform (Windows)​

  • Antivirus detection is automatic only on Windows Client.

  • Fixes a problem in the device identification cache that could affect virtual machines created from templates.

Includes the following fixes:

  • Report UWP (Universal Windows Platform) applications properly as Installed Apps.
  • Flexxible Remote Assistance initiation could fail in certain situations on a fresh start.
  • Improve resilience and avoid timeouts in executing operations at session level.
  • Avoid reporting initial microservice preparation logs which can cause confusion.

  • Wake on LAN (WoL) performance has been improved through mass script distribution.
  • Inaccuracies in the percentage of devices powered on by WOL have been resolved.
  • Incorrect values in the alert notification date have been fixed.
  • Mixed information in process diagnostics has been resolved.
  • Secure Boot and BIOS Mode information shown in SystemSummary has been corrected.
