🔨 Improvements

• Scheduling in a workspace group. Allows configuring recurring actions on the workspace group, facilitating the execution of periodic tasks within a single schedule.

• Search for sessions and devices. It is now possible to quickly locate sessions or devices using the Ctrl + K shortcut, enhancing navigation speed and operational efficiency in the Portal.

• License expiration control. Allows configuring automatic email notifications when a license is about to expire.

• Deletion of individual devices. The option to delete devices directly from the Workspaces view table has been added.

• New session view in Portal. Allows real-time monitoring of active sessions on managed devices, facilitating support and real-time incident detection.

• Agent logs in the workspace detail view. Available on devices with FlexxAgent Cross-Platform installed, it allows consulting logs generated by the agent directly from the Portal.

• Create with AI - Reports. Enhances the user experience in generating reports using AI.

🔶 FlexxAgent Cross-Platform (Windows)

🎯 New version

FlexxAgent Cross-Platform version 26.01.501.201 for Windows is now available, including hotfixes (patches) for issues detected in version 26.1.501.197.

Resolved Issues:

• The same application crash can be reported multiple times during the agent lifetime.
• Printed pages calculation accumulates previous printed pages incorrectly.
• Closed connections which are retained as TIME_WAIT by Windows with PID 0 are reported as connections with latency from the [system process] but should be discarded.

Applied Fixes:

• Ensure application crashes are only reported once when they occur.
• Correct printed pages calculation to avoid accumulating pages from previous prints during agent liifetime.

📝 Documentation

• The documentation for the Cross-Platform agent has been published, with complete instructions for download and installation.

• A deployment guide with Microsoft Intune has been added to facilitate centralized distribution at an organizational level.
