DaaS
The DaaS (Desktop as a Service) section provides the necessary capabilities for the administration, monitoring, and operation of the virtual infrastructure deployed on the DaaS FlexxDesktop service.
DaaS is aimed at simplifying the management of complex VDI and SDI environments, especially in multi-client scenarios, where there are multiple brokers, catalogs, and pools of distributed desktops. To achieve this, it acts as a unified management layer that centralizes and simplifies the administration of the environment.
Its main goal is to offer a common platform for managing virtual desktops, facilitating:
- The administration of virtual machines and desktops.
- Transparent connection with multiple brokers.
- Centralized execution of basic infrastructure operations.

This functionality allows a partner-type organization to:
- Centralize visibility across the entire virtual infrastructure.
- Operate desktops and machines without needing to individually access each broker.
- Reduce operational complexity and time spent on repetitive tasks.
In DaaS, load time corresponds to the real-time query of the infrastructure status. During this process, the system obtains updated information from each element to display metrics corresponding to the exact state of the environment at that moment.
This section is organized into the following views, each oriented to a specific level of the architecture:
