Billing

The Billing section allows you to view consumption information for FXXOne subscriptions. From this view, you can track the number of subscribed devices, the recorded consumption during the current billing period and their amounts, as well as access detailed information about the contracted plans.

The available data depends on the user's role and the type of organization:

  • Users with the role Organization Administrator in Partner-type organizations can check their own consumption and that of their tenants, as well as access detailed information about their subscriptions.

  • Users with the role Administrator in Client-type organizations can only view information related to their own subscription.

View from a partner-type organization

The billing view for a Partner-type organization is divided into the following sections:

Overview

This tab provides information about the FXXOne subscription and the associated consumption for both the organization and its tenants.

billing-overview-cards

It consists of four panels:

Subscription

Shows general information about the subscription:

  • Contracted plan.
  • Billing period.
  • Subscription start date.
  • Unit price per device.

The Level value determines the price applied per device and is calculated by considering the aggregated consumption of the Partner-type organization and all its tenants.

Tenants inherit the level assigned to the managing organization, regardless of the individually configured plan they have.

Organization Consumption

Shows the number of subscribed devices belonging to the Partner-type organization and the billable amount.

A device will continue to count towards billing as long as it belongs to a reporting group, even if FlexxAgent has been uninstalled.

To remove it immediately, check the section Removing a Device from a Reporting Group.

My Tenants' Consumption

Shows the total number of subscribed devices belonging to tenants managed by the organization, as well as the billable amount.

Total Consumption

Shows the aggregated consumption of the organization and all its tenants, along with the total billable amount.

Tenant Consumption Details

This tab displays an analysis panel of device consumption for each tenant during the current billing period.

The bottom part includes a table with detailed information on each subscription:

  • Tenant. Tenant's name.
  • Plan. Contracted subscription plan.
  • Parent. Partner-type organization it belongs to.
  • Consumption. Indicates the level of service consumption. It is based on the number of devices that have reported to Workspaces.
  • Consumption Date. Date when the highest number of reporting devices was recorded.
  • Unit Price. Price applied per device.
  • Billing Period. Current billing period.
  • Total. Total billable amount.

clientid1

The table contains the following information:

  • Client. Tenant's name.
  • Code. Unique identifier assigned by the organization. This value is editable.

View from a client-type organization

Users with Administrator roles in client-type organizations have access only to the Overview tab.

  • Contracted plan.
  • Billing period.

FlexxAgent consumption

The consumption of FlexxAgent is calculated by using the maximum number of devices reported in Workspaces during a single day within the billing period.

For a device to stop being counted towards billing, two conditions must be met:

  • FlexxAgent must be uninstalled.
  • The device must not belong to any reporting group.

If FlexxAgent remains installed, the device will be counted again once it reports back to Workspaces.

If you want a device to immediately stop appearing in Workspaces, it must be manually removed.

Otherwise, it will be automatically removed 21 days after its last report.

Removing a Device

To manually remove a device, follow these steps:

  1. Access Portal -> Workspaces -> Workspaces.
  2. In the table, select the devices you want to delete.
  3. Click on the button Delete the selected workspaces.
  4. Confirm the operation in the pop-up window.
